Friends of the Argyle Free Library
Our Purpose
- Acquaint the community with the library’s resources and services
- Provide assistance with various programs and activities
- Raise funds to help the library with the purchase of items outside the library’s budget
How We Raise Funds
We raise money through our annual plant, bake sale and basket raffle in the spring, and we also host the book sale that takes place every July 4th.
What We Do
In addition to fundraising, we make book bags for kindergartners every year, maintain the library’s garden, and clean and dust the book stacks in the library.
